Unstoppable Power of Letting Go Things
Rejection.
Do you remember last time you felt you were rejected?
Was it a
guy that never returned a phone call?
Or a father
who never bothered to understand your thoughts?
Or maybe it
was someone in your life who never thought you were good enough?
No matter
what you did to try to impress them? We all know rejection hurts. It
stings. It makes us feel we are not good
enough. It causes us to question ourselves & doubt our future. But I must
tell you rejection isn’t something we should be afraid of. And it sure isn’t
something that should make us discouraged, depressed or work unhealthy amount
of hours just to prove to the world that we are somebody worth loving &
paying attention too.
I am going
share you two ways that we can see rejection in order to leverage those moments
of pain to be the greatest catalyst to our success & proof of our value
& uniqueness.
The first
way to see our rejection is by seeing it as a projection. “A Psychological Projection”. A psychological projection is when
someone subconsciously employs undesirable feelings or emotions onto someone
else rather than admitting to or dealing with their own unwanted feelings. When
we can see how the rejections we face may have to do with another person’s inward
turmoil & not our own value, our life will change. Rather than shrink back,
get discouraged, or play it safe. We will move forward in life with confidence &
high esteem. Properly handling rejection is a crucial component to ending the
rising anxiety, depression & suicide rates in our nation & world.
One of the
study shows that, Rejection is both a cause & a consequence of
depression. But let me tell you, we can
leverage our moment of rejections to produce confidence & success. The main
thing responsible for the rejection can be one the reason of your own success.
The second
way that we can see rejection is by viewing it as a protection. Protection from
something or someone that isn’t meant to be in our lives anymore. You should
believe that may be the rejection you are experiencing can be protection from
the future that wasn’t best for you!
Rather than
internalize rejection to mean that we’re less valuable or that our future is
unsure we should view it as a protection from something or someone that isn’t
to be in your lives anymore. We should view rejection as a necessary
developmental tool & a catalyst for massive success.
