5 Habits that will change your way of living

Five changes you can make to your daily routine to see the significant changes in yourself that you can't afford to miss.I was wondering how I used to manage my daily routine when I started to write this. I was so adamant about sticking to my typical schedule of sleeping in late and arriving at the office late. Like everyone else, I made a resolution for the new year last year that I would improve my lifestyle or at the very least stop acting clumsily.

I began with very little things. At first, I questioned whether or not those little things would alter my way of life. But after three months, it significantly altered my way of living. I'll outline these five modifications to my way of living that helped me & certainly will help you as well.

1.  Making bed in the morning: There's a proverb that goes, "If you make your bed in the morning, your whole day will be made," meaning you'll complete your first task, feel proud of yourself, and be prepared to move on to other tasks. I started doing this on a daily basis, and I saw that in addition to being cheerful, I also felt satisfied that I had made my bed every day. As a result, I started doing it every day without being reminded of it. It helped me develop as a person since I can never see my bed unmade, which makes my home appear cleaner and more hygienic.

2.   Jotting down the tasks of the day: People advise you to schedule your day so that you won't forget to complete any important tasks. Let me tell you a fact: if you organize your entire day, you are more inclined to rush through tasks in order to simply do them. People with already chaotic schedules, like us, cannot follow such a demanding timetable. Why not begin with something small? Let's say you choose three to four tasks each day that must be completed before the end of the day. You are free to pick whatever you want to do. This will take less time, give you a sense of accomplishment for doing what you had intended, and it won't interfere with your schedule whether it's busy or not. Your life will undoubtedly become more productive and organized if you do this. Try it out; it's effective!

3.   Meditating just for 5 mins: I assume that everyone is extremely busy with their daily lives and does not have time to attend a meditation class or sit quietly for a period of time without thinking about anything else, such as what happened at work, projects or exams that must be completed, or how to expand and grow their businesses, among other things. Who has free time? Nobody has time in this fast-paced world. Just get five minutes of your time.  The time we spend viewing reels, surfing feeds, etc. can easily be cut down to 5 minutes. Five minutes of meditation can have a big influence. I can assure you that this will make you more composed and determined in your choice. You may undoubtedly find peace and calm through meditation, and it can also improve your emotional and mental health. People typically plan to do this when they are going through a difficult time, but you picture doing this when your physical, mental, and emotional health are at their finest. This is very useful both now and, in the future, if circumstances are not what you want them to be. This will assist you in becoming a better decision-maker and individual to determine how to respond to challenging circumstances. So, what you are thinking about? start mediating just for 5 mins a day. You will intend to do more after seeing the outcomes.

4.   Do not skip meal: Why don't we eat? Less time, getting late, being famished—anything might be the cause. Do you know how it affects our health, though?

The body's metabolic rate slows down and we burn less calories when we don't eat when we should. Additionally, it caused abnormal weight gain. Going to work without eating a proper meal may make you feel exhausted after a while, which could prevent you from being as productive as you should be throughout working hours. Simply try eating well to feel better and more energized. I also want to draw attention to the increase in our consumption of fast food. Perhaps it's because you're hungry and don't feel like cooking, so you order a pizza or burger, for example. Today is someone’s birthday let’s eat Momos. Whatever the situation, people's preference for fast food has increased.

In one of the published article it was mentioned that frequently consuming fast food might have a highly negative effect on one's health. Be thoughtful towards the food you eat. Try eating healthy breakfast & lunch first.

5.  Timely Sleep: We frequently skip getting enough sleep. We keep scrolling through feeds, viewing videos, etc., until it is past bedtime. We never consider the effects of poor sleeping habits. According to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, Adults who sleep less than 7 hours each night are more likely to say they have had health problems, including heart attack, asthma, and depression. Some people sleep excessively, while others don't get enough sleep; both situations are dangerous. Oversleeping causes headaches, melancholy, and mental disorders. Getting enough sleep every night aids in preserving our health and increases our energy and activity levels during the day. Try practicing proper sleep.
