Personality changes over a period of time due to personal experiences such as big financial loss, mental issue, change of place, change in job role etc. Positive change in life can impact personality in a better way & vice-versa.
Individuals can work on their personality development. So, here are a few ways:
I. Improving or enhancing your current skills by 1% on a daily basis: But the burning question is, how can you improve by at least 1% a day? Well, 1% of a day is 15 mins out of the total 24 hours. Investing 15 mins to learn something new will definitely impact your life in a positive way when it comes to personality development & you will go to bed with a feeling of satisfaction.
II. Speak with a thought and a pause: Development of language and right choice of word impacts personality on a larger extent.
III. Be optimistic: Focus on success & having a positive mindset while surrounding yourself with positive people is the key.
